Bill Lazor

Bill Lazor is a FocalPoint Certified Business Performance Coach & Trainer and a financial & strategic planning expert whose business career spans 46 years with demonstrated expertise in administration, engineering, products research, project management, composite and industrial manufacturing, corporate finance, management accounting, continuous measurable process improvement, cost reduction, and business restructuring across a broad range of industries such as chemicals, consumer packaged goods, aerospace and defense, publishing, fluid controls, forklifts, commercial real estate, and high tech.

Prior to joining FocalPoint, Mr. Lazor spent decades in Corporate Finance working with senior executives on initiatives in finance, information technology, contract & subcontract administration, manufacturing, quality internal audit, program management, product support, configuration management, and engineering. He has partnered with senior executives on tactical and strategic issues at Fortune 500 companies like DuPont, Procter & Gamble, General Dynamics (formerly Brunswick Corporation, Defense Division), Penguin Publishing, Raytheon Systems (formerly Hughes Aircraft Company), Burkert Fluid Controls, Toyota Material Handling USA (forklifts), Raytheon Space & Airborne Systems, CoreStrategy Corporation (commercial real estate), L3 Technologies, and L3Harris Technologies.

Bill offers a wide range of programs and services – from one-on-one coaching of business owners to coaching corporate executives as well as delivering workshops and training tailored to the needs of executive teams. He specializes in leading entrepreneurs, business owners, and C suite executives in small to mid-size companies to increase revenue, improve net profit, and generate positive cash flow through optimization of processes, systems, and teams.
